There has been much
research done into the types and nature of where the industry loads majorly
come from. It has been found, through these research studies that motors take
up around 90% of the industrial load. The relatively smaller capacity
electronic motors (ranging upto 7.5 HP) tend to draw more power when they are
on lower voltage. These tend to set off an overload relay by attempting to stop
the motors from tripping.
Where is the need for Servo Voltage Stabilizers
By setting the overload
relay higher, there is a direct relation of in the lowering of the safety
margin against single phasing and mechanical faults. For this reason, Servostabilizers were built to be the solution to this problem.
Servo Voltage Stabilizers overcome
these problems by maintaining a constant level of voltage in spite of the
fluctuations of the mains tothe power supply system. This reason alone has
acted as a catalyst to grown the Servo Voltage Stabilizer manufacturer market by
lightyears.
