A Servo Stabilizer is a servo motor-controlled stabilization scheme that conducts optimum voltage supply using a Buck\Boost transformer booster that captures input voltage changes and adjusts the current to the right output. An AC synchronous motor adjusts voltage in the direction of the clock or anticlockwise and manages output voltage with parts such as control card, dimmer, comparator, transistors, mocs, etc.
There are seven main components in a servo voltage stabilizer:
1. Dimmer(VariableTransformer) - It's usually in the shape round. For base & copper wire, the Silicon CRGO toroidal core is used with a particular turn ratio depending on the ability used.
2. Buck Boost Transformer(SeriesTransformer) - It is in rectangular form, unlike dimmer. Bobin is equipped with the heart of EI CRGO. When the transformer structure is constructed, for additional protection, it is plunged into a varnish tank.
3. Servo motor (Synchronizing Motors) - As the name indicates, servomotor is the servo stabilizer's primary component. Depending on the input voltage, the engine rotates the arm linked to the dimmer in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.
4. Contactor- The function of contactor is to cut the output of any servo stabilizer if it exceeds a prescribed limit.
5. MCB, MCCB - The MCB is used to turn the servo stabilizer on / off and provides protection for short circuits, while MCCB is usually used for protection against overload.
6. Electronic Circuit - It sends the signal to different components of a servo stabilizer like engine, dimmer, etc., as the name indicates, so it operates according to that signal and does its role to correct the voltage.
7. Carbon Brush - In servo stabilizer, this is a moving part, it is mounted in the shaft to create contact with the dimmer. If the variation in input voltage is very frequent, this carbon brush will be removed soon and very frequently replaced by the client.
